Ingredients

  1. LAL GULAB Whole Wheat Atta – 2 cups
  2. Potatoes – 5-6
  3. Onions – 2-3 Chopped
  4. Green chilies – 2-3
  5. Coriander leaves – A handful
  6. Salt – 1 tbsp
  7. Garam Masala Powder – 1 tbsp
  8. Chaat Masala Powder – 1 tsp
  9. Water – 1/2 cup

Directions

  1. To make this paratha recipe, boil the potatoes and mash them in a large bowl. To potatoes, add chopped onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt, garam masala powder, chaat masala and mix well so that no lumps remain.
  2. Knead a soft dough for the parathas with wheat flour and water. Make small, even and round balls and along with it make a depression in the centre and add a spoonful of potato filling.
  3. Seal the dough and round it with the your fingers. Now roll them with a rolling pin into round parathas.
  4. Put the paratha on a hot tava. Cook evenly on both sides and pour some oil. Continue to cook both sides.
  5. Serve with Dahi or Pickle
